No response to calls

I app**** for my UIF on the 6th of May 2015 and to date my claim has not been approved. I've been told that the paymasters Office in Kempton Park has to approve it. I've tried calling on more than one occasion and either there is no one answering or you get put through from one person to another and no one can help, I'm unemployed due to retrenchment with 3 small children and this is how our claims are dealt with. The service delivery in Roodepoort Labour Department is pathetic. No one is prepared to help you. They act as if they are doing you a favour by helping you. Something should be done because there are ppl out there that would appreciate the cushy jobs they have and still treat ppl with respect. The staff at that department should seriously be reviewed. My friend app**** in Alberton for her uif and she has already received her first draw. So please? Someone explain how the Labour Department In 2 different areas work so differently???? Should they not be applying the process throughout the grid???
