no response on uif maternity claim

I want to the department of labour on the 25 and 26 June sitting in the long queues and then they tell you the system is offline I was walking in my due dates to labour so I ask a alternative they give me *** l've sent my documents on the 2 July 2015 Lloyd Ramutloa reply back to that he had sent the documents to *** and I can do a follow up on the *** or *** they sent me 3 different ticket numbers when I phone them on provide contact details there are no consultants available I phone with R100s airtime finish. Please advise what to do because my maternity leave is almost over and with my first child they also didnt pay my last payment because I was at work already.
