No response, no funds, just waiting

It's been over 2 years since I've been retrenched and over a year contacting UIF offices via phone calls and emails and no funds have been placed in my account. I got retrenched Sept 2020 and I app**** for my UIF Feb 2021 it's Dec 2022 and I'm still waiting for my funds that is being escalated everything I call. I waited to apply because I had hope I'd find a job then I finally app**** because I needed the funds. However I have not received any funds, however bills,school fees, transport, food, etc every month need to be attended to. What is the solution to this???
