No Response, No Feedback, No Communication

I app**** for unemployment on 02/02/2015 which you declined due to having incomplete information! This after numerous emails which included all the relevant UI-19 forms!!! I have submitted my appeal to your decision on 16/03/2015 and STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS AND REQUESTS FOR FEEDBACK!!! I have a copy of the UI-32 form in my possession. My most recent employer too confirmed that the DOL have confirmed that their details AND DECLARATION have been captured as well!!! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT THIS OUT AND GET BACK TO ME - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - GOING TO PAY ME???? I have written numerous emails, phone calls and still NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! You send me an sms to RATE YOUR SERVICE - ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS - WHAT SERVICE! I RATED YOU A 0. Lets see if you get back to me now, or care to do your jobs - jobs created by hardworking SA Citizens who pays dearly every month to keep you employed!!!
