No response from them

I did apply for uif the 1st of October2025 i got a date for the 4ht of November i was told i must wait 10 days i didn't receive any payment i got another date for the 8th of December2025 then i was again told to wait 7days yesterday was the 7th day and i still didn't receive paymentand there is still no response can you please help me get my money
