No Response

Good day <br> <br> I logged a claim with the department in September 2015 and up to date i have not received any feedback or response from them.<br> <br> I later made a follow up to the manager in the Marlboro branch, where i sent her a mail regarding the issue.<br> to my suprise no one has acknowledged or rep**** to my email. i was told that i will get the money on the 11th November 2015...still waiting.<br> <br> Every time i call, there is no answer or i will be told that the person in charge of the claims is not available at that moment.<br> <br> I am very worried because the claim is close to expiry and i am due to my payments.<br> <br> Why do i have to struggle to get MY money from the department of Labour? Why am i being send from pillar to post in order to get whats mine? Are they delaying the claim on purpose in order for me to give up?<br> <br> I will be happy if this matter is being attended to as soon as possible.<br> <br> Regards<br> Kedibone Modiba
