No resonse from UIF

I paid UIF for my domestic worker over R9,000 from 2003. When she had a baby in 2008, she app**** for Maternity leave, and UIF paid her. During covert she app**** for Covert relief. But they said they had no account for her. I gave them all her details and they said they couldn’t find her or payments. I approached Nedbank who had a debit order to pay the UIF which appears on their statement to me. I asked which account the money was paid to, they stated they did not know, however, they agreed the money was deducted from my account I tried and tried to get the information from Nedbank to send to UIF but Nedbank cannot prove where the money went except it went to UIF. On the rare occasion, UIF took my calls, they said they had no account for her.

No response from UIFAt 82 I am not prepared to go to Pretoria and stand in a very long queue and wait. But this must be sorted out for the Domestic worker.
