no repose from UIF

My wife app**** for UIF at the Roodepoort department of labour on the 5th of June 2020 still to date has not received any communication nor payment from the department. we have done followups with them we went there and where told to wait we have email and there was one response where they forwarded to another person and they have not respond.

please some advise what other steps we can take......
