No proper assistance

I submitted my claim in July but to this day i am still struggling. Submitted online, even went to the Pretoria offices to submit but still no luck instead im being told about what is outstanding which i have submitted already but still no progress.

When i call them now im taken back to the website to do the same thing i did before. Their agents drop the phone on your ear. I have spoken to Pearl numerous times and she drops the phone when you keep asking her questions. I have spoken to Amos who also drops when you ask him why must he take you back to do the same thing you did on the website. I have spoken to Kgothatso who has advised me what i need to send which i did but now no luck when i follow up.

I haven't received payment and i was retrenched in June, to this day not winning with my claim. Im not happy at all.
