No progress whatsoever with my claim, in 6 months

I regfistered my claim on 8th February 2021, now just ovewr 6 months ago. The application History continues to reflect "Sent to Assessor" - 8th February 2021. I have searched the web for addresses to ascertain what is going on, to no avail. When i write to the email addresses, all i receive is an automated reply relating to TERS. My application is not TERS related? I tried calling the contact centre today and held on for over 10 minutes. All i hear isd we are experiencing high call volumes. This is absolutely rediculous that no progress has been made with my claim in over 6 months! Despite using a number of the email addresses reflected in their online guide, i receive no response.
