no progress on my ui-19 claim

Hi Peter<br> I would like to have your help. I was retrenched in Dec 2014. all my ui-19 forms were handed in in in March 2015. up to date I have not be helped.<br> I had to hand in my forms 3 times since. Every time I phone the ui-19 offices, I hear the papers got lost, this form wasn't filled in correctly and so on. <br> Every time when they tell me that the forms are not filled in correctly, I mail it back to my ex employer to rectify.<br> up to date I'm still in the hole.<br> <br> I phone Mr Mthunzi on a weekly basis, and he never picks up the phone.<br> <br> I still don't have a job, and rely on that money to pay all my stuff, including maintenance .<br> <br> would you please be so kind to look into this matter
