No progress and no one has been useful in assisting with my UIF clakm

Good day.

Please cab y0u assist. I have claimed from the UIF for the illness benefit as I have been medically boarded. I originally app**** for this benefit In August 2022 There was initially a medical certificate missing but this was sent in February 2023.... however UIF claimed to have not received it and I had to resend it at least 4 times.

Last month(in June) all my documents were received but my claim had still not to this day been assessed. I call in almost daily and they keep telling me that my case has been escalated.

This is absolutely ridiculous. It's almost a year and my claim has not even been looked at.
