No payout received for Maternity UIf Claim

I submitted my Maternity Benefit using ufiling website. My application was approved on the 03/06/2022. I have done continuation benefit claim still have not received anything yet. When I call they give me different reasons and can’t give me an answer as to why I have not received my funds yet.
