no payments

These people really dont deserve even a 1 star rating. ive been submitting my documents since 27th September 2022 it was only completed by the assessor on the 23 November 2022 I have then received a email from one that worked at the labour department who advised i need to send more documents which i have already sent but i resent it he then went on leave until the 3rd Jan 23 i emailed him again he asked me to come see him the 4th jan at 11:00 which i have gone to cape Towns labour department an he assured me that i will receive payment 13 Jan 23 up till today i didnt receive any payment. ive been calling and emailing and every i get a different answer he doesnt even respond to my emails or get back ro me with anything. it is so frustrating.😭im a single mother of 4 children my son is autistic and need medication which i have to buy my children have no stationary for school I have to look around for food for them they have been sleeping hungry nost of the nights cause i didn find anything for them to eat its so hard to be told one thing only for me to get nothing
