No payments and no updates

Submitted my claim online in March 2020, Received my first payment in June then in August and September, thereafter no payments received. In January 2021 submitted all the relevant forms to change my banking details, every time that I phone it will be escalated, nothing received as yet and banking details have not been changed. I did the continuation of benefits several times and all of a sudden it shows cancelled by paymaster. All my paperwork is up to date, everything submitted, yet nothing is been done. Whilst working my deductions was made from my salary and payment was made prior to the 7th of each month, otherwise you will be charged penalties. But we are not to complain if we don't receive our benefits due to a backlog apparently.
