No payment until today

I started going to Department of labour beginning of June I been there several times and I was only assisted a month later on the 10 of July and on the 23 July it said cancelled by assessor I went to find out the reason then the reason on the 8 of August 2024 but they said it approved and signed for my first payment on the 08/08/2024 but I have not received my money till today. When I try to call the department but there's no answer and when I call the call center they just no help and I'm tired of going to the department and not being assisted now it the money I'm still waiting for but there's still nothing and it a struggle because I have a family to take and my kids are even behind on school fees and to put on the table is another challenge I'm going on my third month now without an income and it seems like I am never going to get my money. And frustrating hearing people who signed on the 12 and 13 of august after me got paid. I'm even Wondering if I will ever get my payout.
