No payment received on uif claim after 6 weeks

I app**** to claim for my maternity benefit from the labour centre in randburg at the end of april. After going back and forth my claim was finally approved for submission on the 6th of May 2015 I was told to wait 6 weeks for the funds to be paid into my account. I went into the labour office today to follow up as the money still hasnt been paid. They referred me to a supervisor who I waited 2 hours to see. Bearing in mind that I like many mothers have had to take my 2 month baby along each time as I have no one to look after her. The supervior told me to wait another 3 weeks for payment with no explanation and to come back if the funds werent paid. This is totally unacceptable especially since uif is taken every month from my salary. I am beyond upset at the service because my credit record has been affected due to arrears on accounts that I havent been able to pay and risk losing my car as well.
