No payment received in 5 months

I would like to lay a complaint against the department of labour <br> Last year September documents were submitted for the claim and request was processed.<br> <br> I have still not received even one payment and i am being sent from pillar to post as the first document submitted apparently had an invalid practice number for the midwife on it. i was then requested to take a new form to and have it corrected which was done, that form that was submitted in December 2015 has never been scanned on the system the old document is still reflecting and again that was made my problem, for the third time i had to collect a new form at Braamfontein to go back for the midwife to fill in on the 07/03/2016 and still have not received any feedback , all my documents are correct my company has confirmed that i work here. <br> <br> This has led to me being handed over as all my accounts have been handed over, my rent is behind and we have been given 48 hours to pay outstanding amount or be evicted and this is a result of me being inconvenienced by the department of labour. I therefore cannot apply for a loan as my credit profile has been messed up and i honestly do not know what the delay is.
