No payment received.

The Department of Labour is extremely failing me. I have been going back and forth regarding my payment. I am due for my first payment and to date i have received anything. I was advised that everything has been finalized on the 6 June and my payment was supposed to be on the 27th. I am still waiting. I have been calling them and all they say is that there is a delay, and they will escalate. How long still will they escalate? I am waiting for my payment.
