No payment received and now showing canceled by me

I app**** to claim my unemployment using the UIF ufilling 2015/02/25.<br> <br> On 2015/02/26 Payment - Done as per ufiling status and till today nothing received.<br> After sending appeals and emails I noticed when I logged on now they decided to cancel my claim and status show:<br> Notice Of Appeal 2015/06/08 Cancelled by User <br> Nowhere did I instruct them to cancel or give them any reason to think I would like to cancel.<br> This is unacceptable and after sending emails no response, trying to phone them the phone only rings and no answer.<br> <br> This is pathetic.
