No payment on benefits after 2 years

I have submitted my maternity leave claim in January 2021 and by October 2021 all my documents had been confirmed to be in order a year later i am still told that they are awaiting approval from the accessor, this is unacceptable all i am told is please call back in 5 days every time i call them to see if its been approved my baby is going to be 2 years next month and still no payment no feedback nothing
