NO PAYMENT, NO HELP, NO FEEDBACK!!!!

This is the worst department to deal with, an uphill battle!!! They don't answer calls nor emails. Im still waiting for payment. They didn't wait every month for years that I worked to get "their" money, why should we wait for months and even a year?!

Its absolutely disgusting from their part to not to help people. We are the ones in a dire situation.

Already stressed out of loosing your job and to search for a new one, they are placing more stress upon us who claimed for our benifits and not doing their part!!

It does not help when the minister tells everyone to claim for their benifits but NO one wants to help you!

I hope that you dont loose your job to retrenchment or whatever the case it may be and that you doing struggle like the rest of us with this Department!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!
