No payment Maternity UIF benefit

I app**** for my UIF Maternity benefit on the 9th of June. There were some complications with my surname, which has been resolved, however up until today, I still have no feed back on my pay out. The Labour department at Stanger is now giving me the run around with no explanations, the Labour department in Durban as well. I have no answers as to why my pay out has been delayed.
