No Payment/Getting no responses

the 1st time i had a problem with the labour dept was when i had to wait for 3 months before i could receive payment from uif, now im waiting for payment to be made and i am having the same problem, i have mailed them many times and no one is responding to my emails, i have tried calling in to speak to someone on various occassions but no one seems to answer my call at all. i can be on hold up to an hour at times without anyone answering my calls. this service is unacceptable, when people are employed and are working, the uif funds are deducted on time every month with exact amounts being deducted without there being any problems yet when one is unemployed and is waiting to receive payment that one really needs to cover himself until waiting to get into another job, the labour department makes me run around, run up my phone bill, in which i cannot pay as i havent received payment, this is ridiculous, really terrible and horrible service!!!
