No payment from UIF

in my line of duty, I assist clients to obtain funds from UIF which are due to them. I have never in my entire life work with such *********** people. They never do the utmost, and now this COVID-19 virus is an even bigger excuse for them to not do their work. I have been battling since MARCH 2020 to obtain pay-outs for these clients. Two of them miraculously got a little something, and then it stopped. You cannot call the call center, your call is just being ended. Really, and these are the people you and I pay salaries for by paying taxes and sales VAT
