no payment for Maternity benefits

I have been struggling since the beginning of the month to get my first pay out of my maternity benefits , and going to the labour department in Roodepoort is of no use they look at you like you are crazy and they keep giving you the run around about what is happening with your claim, I submitted my documents on the 23rd of April , it was only sent to the assessor on the 4 may 2015 2 weeks later, it has been more than 35 days and I still see on my u-filing account it is sitting wit the assessor , I called the call centre and first spoke to a Thabo cash Mokale , he could not assist me and put me on the phone with Ishmael , who told me that someone in his department did not submit my UI19 form and he assured me that he would get it sorted so that today my documents would be sent to the paymaster , I have heard nothing so far except that my stuff is still with an assessor he spoke to on Friday ,I am losing my patients and getting highly annoyed , I am falling behind with debit orders not to mention I will loose my place of residence and car as I am one month in arrears due to non payment.<br> <br> I need this sorted out before the 5th please as I cannot be waiting another 35 days.<br> <br> Andrea
