No payment been over 2 months

It’s been since 19 January I have been waiting to be paid. Did the payment continuation but no payment. I call the call center they don’t have an answer except wait when I try check on dialing the number 134*843 payment continuation received next due day is in 10 days I haven’t even got my first payment
