No payment after approval been through already a month ago

Another week comes and another week goes.

My UIF is approved payment is requested but nothing 4 weeks down the line and no one even come back or assist at several UIF offices i visited.

Why cant they just do their work and give some service. Driving from Kempton Park to Benoni been referred to Germiston then Springs then again Nigel.

Service is pathetic
