no payment after 3 months of waiting

i am very upset and angry with the labour department in Gauteng, i was retrenched in Oct 2015 and it has been 3 months now that i have not received any payment, i have went to the department of labour 3 times and each time i went they have told me various different stories, i did the online uif application a few times and submitted, and when i went to the dept they gave me a persons email add called Deon, after talking to him via email he stopped responding and was of no help, i still have not got a job and am relying on the uif funds to help with my monthly payments...i even tried calling the call centre and each time i call i am on hold for over an hour and still cannot get through to speak to a consultant...this is very frustrating as i dont know what to do anymore, when i call theres no help, when i go to the department there is no help...the service is terrible...
