NO PAY OUT AFTER 8 MONTHS

I forwarded my claim for UIF to Labour through a company Claims 4 Angels in July 2015. Up to date I forwarded documents 6 times to Dept of Labour as well as the Agent. Up to date I received no payments for UIF. This is really pathetic. After paying UIF for 10 years this is the first time I claim and I am waiting 8 months already. Why are you paying each month but when you need to claim you don't get anything out of them!
