No one is answering the phone

I app**** for Ufiling and it occurred to me that I made an error in my application and I've been trying to get hold of the department through their call centre and their email but no answer. I've spent a lot of money in trying to reach them but I didn't get any help I fail to understand because this money was debited from my account without any fail. I was dismissed from work last year November and I have no source of income, can government Kindly do its job and stop being so lazy. JEEZ!!
