No one helps 2 months niw

Still not assistance since the 20th June of my payment from UIF

I am still unemployed and have not received any UIF payout for two months now

I have done what the call center said and did my next continuation of benefits and again it is stuck at SENT TO PAYMASTER with no payout and no one able to advise why?
