No one cares.

I filled for UIF whilst on maternity leave for the first time on the 17/7/15. Since then I have been their over 8 times,sent countless mails and have called to many times to mention. The phone just rings and no one seems to answer. The few times the calls are picked up I've received incorrect information about the status of my application from Lucas. I have physically sent the forms in over 4 times. However each time I go back I'm told some of the forms are not uploaded and to give it two weeks. Please note that the service is extremely slow. So getting to the front and being told to come back again after two weeks every two weeks is frustrating. Today I asked to speak to the supervisors and was told by Grace who had been on a personal call while dealing with me to go to the supervisors office. When I got there the lady playing candy crush told me to go back and call Grace. Grace explained that I wasn't happy about waiting a further two weeks. She then asked the gentleman in the room to take my case as she was leaving on Wednesday. The man told me that his emails weren't working so what do I want him to do. After literally being reduced to tears he told me that they would help me.
