No maternity benefits payment

I'm currently on maternity leave I have submitted all supporting documents 17/3/23 no payment received no communication.I am almost returning back to work life is already hard on all of us especially with a new born.kindly help me/us who are awaiting for payment.The call centre agents are useless because they know little if you ask them how long the waity period some can't even answer you.Please help
