No Maternity Benefit Received

App**** for my maternity benefit last year, and still did not received my money, why do we claim UIF because we do not receive a salary when we are on maternity leave, the UIF money is supposed to help you financially but nothing, I did not receive an income for almost 4 months now. So what are we suppose to do?
