No maternity benefit received

I app**** for maternity benefit in February firstly on ufiling after that I was told ufiling doesn't work I have to re apply at the randburg branch and I did.I have gone back to randburg several times meeting the supervise but I still got no joy.I have called countless times on ufiling as well , every agent I get tells me a different story.Please assist my child is almost 6 months now with no payment received.
