No Maternity Benefit Received

I have been on maternity leave since middle of August 2015 and to date I have not received a single maternity claim pay out. Registered on U-Filing months before I went on leave, U-Filing updated when the documents were faxed to them but still nothing. Tried to phone the call centre numerous times but there is no luck getting through to query.
