No help from uif!!!!

I submitted a claim in october 2020. Its the 8th of january 2021!!! Why in heavens name is it taking so long i was retrenched im barely surviving a mother of 4 with no income !!! After numerous emails and calls still no response! Was my claim even processed ??? I mean some of my other colleagues recieved their payouts ive signed at the dept twice already!!! What is the holdup????
