No help

I went to the department of labor last week in Alberton after standing there for hours someone came out and ask me what I'm there for so i told him I'm here to claim uif he said i must make an appointment because it to late now to make one so i looked at the time it was 11.30 so i ask him what do you mean it is to late now it is still early he just ignored me so today i went back to make an appointment they told me they can't help me because they are closing at 10 like are you kidding me do this people get paid for full day and also make their own rules it takes like one minute to make an appointment i have never seen such lazy people get sallery and people that is unemployed must suffer
