No help at all waiting 8 months for a payout

I am utterly disappointed with this whole ufiling process I app**** for Unemployment in December 2021 to date I am still waiting for my payout every time I call the contact centre they say that my claim has be escalated it’s been six months and I hear the same update that it’s sitting with there admin department I will have to wait the process out .. I am really frustrated and I don’t know who else can I. Take this up with. The consultants are really weak and cannot answer the questions I ask. The latest reply I got is that there is a back log . This is the 8 month since I claimed next thing they will tell me that is is over a year and I do not qualify . This is the country we live in. Sad really and I see that these people don’t even reply back on this site . This goes to show what we are dealing with. Please hello Peter help us get somewhere here with this department
