No help at all

My claim was successfull and sent to paymaster on 30 November. I received a text that said 5 working days for payment. I have received nothing to date. Went to the local office yesterday. The consultant was rude and told me to forget about the text and to fill out a payment request form. After doing so he told me another 10 working days. When i queried why - its been way past the 5 days so with another 10 it will be next year, he tore up my form and said 'maybe next time then'. How can they treat people that way. How can they get away with texts that state 5 working days and then change it as they please and just tell me to forget about the text. This is unacceptable. Its almost Christmas. They have caused me major emotional distress.
