No Funds

Im writing this Review with tears and so much pain in my heart coz i now need to relive the all the pain once again.I lost my house in the june floods and become homeless .. i lost my mind and then my job that i worked for 10 long years..i did not apply for my funds becouse i was going throw alot and had no time at all.so once i got a room to live in ..i put my applecation in . Its been 2 months now and i never get a cent. Im doing more running around than anything so now im owing people money for taxi Fares that im taking all the time.Last week Tuesday my Dad passed on and im still waiting for the funds ... when i went to the office the say its all done waiting for payment to be sent... i have funds that i can use to lay my dad to rest but cant have it ..i dont understand whats the problem ...I call them I get cut off ...sent emails with no response..I sometimes think my money is ****** or used up ... i really cant understand what is going on .....# Heart broken
