No followup and communication

on the 27 June 2017,i went to department of labour in kimberley to file for uif as i was on maternity,spoke to a guy called Vuyo,who is ***********,doesnt take anyone serious and looks like he is new at this job,the reason why i am saying that is because,Vuyo didnt help me in any way,i had to make phone calls everyday and he kept lying and making empty promises.i submitted all the papers,and double checked with him if they are correct or not but 4 months later when i called to do a follow up he was very rude and gave me the number to call a lady called Lesego,mind you i was using my airtime to call them everyday and use my petrol to travel to kimberley,i last called on 09 Nov 2017 and lesego promised me someone will get back to me on the 15 but till today,no email,no letter,no phone call,i dont know if they waiting for me to call them or what,, i mean i am claiming for my money i worked for it,what is so difficult here???? why cant they be honest and tell if they not able to help me
