No feedback only return dates

i have app**** for maternity and retrenchment uif in June 2015, i still have no idea why it is not being processed.I got an sms that the claim was rejected and when i enquired at their offices they said it was an error from their side and i should ignore the sms since their system shows my application was received but not processed. I went to enquire again on the 07th October and was told to come and check again on the 11th of November. 5mths with no source of income whatsoever..this is unfair, what are we suppose to feed our kids and pay bills with in the meantime?
