no feedback on uif maternity application

I app**** for my maternity uif application on 1st April at Roodepoort.I was advised to make a follow up between 4 to 6 weeks of which I did. I was then advised to call during the 8th week. Whenever you call,the line is forever busy and when you do get through,the enquiries department are either not answering or system offline. This is truly frustrating cause what was the use of applying if you not going to helped by the government.
