no feedback on uif claim followup

good day. since I app**** for uif on the 1st October 2015 when I was going on maternity benefit even today im still waiting for a response. I emailed Vincent Motaung(GSO) for Randburg Labour Centre who told me some of my ui19 are missing. I then emailed him those missing ui19 and he said he will submit them.i contacted him after few days to check the progress but he never responded to my emails. right now im back at work with unpaid bills for those 3 months and I still get no respond. what is the use of uif to be deducted on my salary when I can not get it when I claim. maybe people at labour are busy enjoying our money because lots of people never get their money. so who must help me now if the manager can not do anything about it? case no ***
