No feedback on claim

<p>On the 14th of December I sent through an application for a UIF claim if which only on the 9th of January did I receive the below SMS.</p> <p>Dear MBALI LUNGILE. UIF claim received. Progress on claim will be communicated within 35 days. Enquiries contact local Labour Centre . Case No : ********** 7446</p> <p>I went back on the 9th to submit another form. No follow up was given as to the progress of my claim as I was told systems were down. I called yesterday to do a follow and yet again the systems were down of which I was told to call today at 10:00am. When I did there was no response until 12:25 when I spoke to a guy called Siyabonga. It is now 42 days after I received that SMS, way beyond the 35 days which was stated I would get communication on the progress of my application. I'm now told to call again on Wednesday next week. I've been unemployed for 4 months with no income. How do these people think I'm surviving. Please can somebody look into this and rectify my patients is exhausted I can't deal with these people anymore.</p>
