No feedback and no payment

<p>My brother went to apply 2016/08/10 in Germiston and since then he goes there as nothing is done. He goes there all the time and the status will be as the last day he was there with no improvment. He is having a fiancial loss travelling there with no help and queing for hours for nothing. This is pathetic service I have ever experienced. This is supposed to be the most quick service ever as people applying for it are not working and they have contributed while they were working. He is sent from pillar to post and no one is taking responsibility to solve this. It is now December and still no sms for the payment nothing. i am so disgusted and dissapointed with this experience.
