No email address for UIF manager!

I am trying to report possible ***** to the UIF, but each time I send an email to ***, I get Re: [CASE ID: C-***] Assistance. I am told the case is ressolved! Or to contact 0800n030-007, who told me to send an email to ***! They refuse to give me an email address for a manager at UIF, but want me to go and que at a labour office somewhere!
