no delivery

<br> I send my uif application on the 22 July 2015 received an SMS saying my application was received. I came to Randfontein after 40 days to check I was told it is still pending . I left called and came again after 56 days 17-09-2015 that is when I was told to go to the bank and get them to fill in the bank form again which they did and I took it back same day. I was told the system is down they will send it. I went home received an SMS saying my application was rejected I went back to Randfontein same day I told them I was there in the morning I left the document. Now on the 18th of September 2015 I am receiving an SMS saying my application was cancelled I don't understand why because nobody contacted me at first to tell me that my application is Incomplete.<br> <br> Can someone please assist me because its either the system is offline or someone is not doing their job.<br> <br> <br>
